 "Through the Eyes of Abigail Adams"
Ms. Semmens welcomes the opportunity to make author visits and conduct her "Through the Eyes of Abigail Adams" assembly for students. Through an impersonation of Abigail Adams, Ms. Semmens reviews and comments upon the historic events that occured during the founding years of the United States through the eyes of one of the nation's greatest first ladies, Abigail Adams. The focus of the assembly is upon the impact one person can make on history by merely living one's life as best as possible.

 Workshops
"The Writing Process Unmasked"--for students. Ms. Semmens conducts a seminar on the writing process in a small group discussion format.
